If you're looking for one of the quickest, easiest, yummiest, homemade meals, please look no further than these garlic "chicken" noodles! These noodles are so simple but do not lack flavour in the slightest!
There are so many great chicken alternatives out there, but my favourite for this recipe is the THIS Isn't chicken pieces as the texture is spot on. My other favourite alternatives are Quorn vegan pieces and Fry's Family chicken-style strips.

4. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour this over the veggies and “chicken”.
5. Once the noodles are cooked, throw them into the pan with everything else and mix everything together so the noodles are flavoured.
6. Top with some sesame seeds and enjoy.
