These protein biscoff cups are so easy to make and only require four ingredients! If you enjoy no-bake treats then hopefully you'll love these! They're quick to make and will only need a little while to chill in the freezer before you can enjoy them.
- PROTEIN BISCOFF CUPS -
Makes 6:
You will need:
- 350g (1 1/2 cups) vegan chocolate
- 55g (2 heaped tbsp) Biscoff spread
- 45g (1/4 cup) vegan caramel protein powder
- 2 tbsp oat milk
Method:
1. Line a cupcake tin with 6 silicone cupcake cases.
2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave in 35-second bursts, mixing in between until completely melted.
3. Pour a layer of chocolate into each silicone case (only use half of the melted chocolate as you will need the rest for the top layer)
4. Place the cupcake tin in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the Biscoff spread, oat milk, and caramel slice protein powder until it forms a doughy / paste consistency.
6. Roll the paste into 6 little balls on a plate and then squish them down slightly.
7. Remove the cupcake tin from the freezer and add the protein layers to each case.
8. Pour the remaining chocolate on top.
9. Place the cupcake tin back in the freezer and allow the protein cups to set for at least 30 minutes.
Enjoy!
