Making your own ice cream from scratch is so much easier than I thought it would be! Not only is it easy, but it also uses a lot less ingredients than I thought!
This is creamy, delicious and full of brownie chunks and chocolate chunks.
- BROWNIE CHOCOLATE CHUNK ICE CREAM -
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut milk (or oat milk)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup vegan double cream
- 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 5 vegan brownies
- 1 bar of vegan chocolate
Method:
STEP 1 Freeze the bowl of the Ice Cream Deluxe overnight.
STEP 2 In a separate bowl, combine the coconut milk with the granulated sugar.
STEP 3 Pour in the double cream and vanilla bean paste and whisk it together.
STEP 4 Place the bowl of the ice cream deluxe into the machine.
STEP 5 Pour the mixture into the bowl and switch it on. It should take 25 minutes to create delicious soft-serve ice cream.
STEP 6 Chop the brownie pieces and the chocolate bar into small chunks.
STEP 7 Add the brownie and chocolate chunks and watch as they fold into the ice cream.
STEP 8 Switch the machine off and serve the ice cream with some extra brownie pieces on top!
STEP 9 Store the ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer.
