I’m sure you’ve seen the viral strawberry chocolate clusters and mango white chocolate clusters by now, so I had to give them a go myself!
They are such a delicious, refreshing snack!
- MANGO WHITE CHOCOLATE CLUSTERS -
You will need:
- 1 cup mango
- 3/4 cup coconut yoghurt (I used Coconut Collab mango and passion fruit coconut yoghurt 🤩)
- 2 cups vegan white chocolate
Method:
1. Chop the mango into small chunks.
2. Add the coconut yoghurt into a bowl with the mango.
3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and scoop the mango yoghurt mixture onto the tray. Mine made 6 puddles.
4. Place the baking tray in the freezer for 2 hours.
5. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 35-second bursts, stirring in between until completely melted.
6. Once melted, add the mango yoghurt clusters to the white chocolate, one at a time until they’re all coated.
7. Place back in the freezer for a few more minutes until set.
