This giant breakfast cookie tastes just like banana bread in cookie form. Filled with chocolate chips and sultanas and it has an extra protein boost using caramel-flavoured protein powder. I made mine in the air fryer but you can just as easily use an oven!
- GIANT BREAKFAST COOKIE -
You will need:
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp caramel slice protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp oat milk
- a handful of sultanas
- Handful of chocolate chunks/chips
Method:
1. Mash the banana in a bowl.
2. Add the oats, caramel slice protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
3. add the oat milk and mix to combine.
4. Fold in the sultanas and chocolate chunks or chips.
5. Place in the air fryer for 7 minutes or the oven for 12 at 180C.
